Powertek have now completed the installation of 3 brand new 50KW Rapid Charging units for or Client Engenie at various Marsdons sites throughout the North of England.

These projects have included the full installation of new low voltage supplies from the DNO’s network. Each site has 2 new 100 amp 3 phase supplies to allow for future expansion.

Powertek carried out the full site survey, design of electrical installation, liaison with DNO including full design approval, installation of plinth, cable, electrical equipment and final closing joint onto the Low Voltage network by our own in. house specialist teams

Each site included the installation of LV Mains cable with 3 phase services to new feeder pillars with each unit having its own dedicated earthing system, all LV networks have been adopted by an independent distribution network operator to allow the client to claim revenue back to help fund the installation of the new units. Both IDNO & DNO works were completed by Powertek staff

All works carried out to local authority, DNO and client specification within timescales set and budgets agreed with client prior to works commencing on site
